The annual 9-11 Memorial Game between the Queensland Police and the Queensland Firefighters was held on Sunday 9 September at Kougari Oval at Wynnum. The annual charity game was very well attended with excellent support for both teams. It was a very hard game of football, with the lead changing several times throughout the match. At full time the Police were the victors 26 points to 20.
